She works with children, teens, and adults of all ages. While working at the UMHB Student Counseling Center, Becca gained valuable experience supporting college students as they navigated major life transitions, processed past trauma, developed healthy coping skills, and faced the onset of clinical mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorders. Becca’s approach is always tailored to each client, but is rooted in Gestalt Therapy, REBT, and CBT. She also enjoys integrating creative and expressive tools like art, music, and sand tray therapy. When working with children, Becca uses developmentally appropriate, play-based approaches to help them process emotions, build self-awareness, and develop healthy coping strategies. She also works closely with parents by offering support, tools, and guidance to help reinforce their child’s progress at home and navigate future challenges with confidence. At the core of Becca’s work is a deep commitment to understanding her clients and building a supportive, collaborative relationship. Whether she’s working with a child, adult, or parent, Becca helps clients reconnect with their strengths, build emotional resilience, and move toward a life that feels grounded, authentic, and meaningful.
